JACOB ADAM CAGLE

On Wednesday, February 10, 2010, Investigator David Platt received information on the location of a fugitive who was identified as being Adam Cagle.  Cagle was wanted for Failure to Appear in Circuit Court on charges of being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.     

The investigators from the Sheriff's Department Criminal Investigation Division along with officers of the Arkansas State Police went to a residence in Newport, Arkansas where Cagle was supposed to be located.      

Upon arrival, the officers were allowed into the residence by an occupant and Cagle was found inside the residence and was taken into custody.  He was then transported to the Jackson County Detention Center.
