On Wednesday, April 23, 2008, Andrew Justin Block appeared in Newport District Court Judge Barbara Griffin where his bond was set at $20,000.00 and is to appear in Jackson County Circuit Court on April 29Th. Block was previously arrested on March 12, 2008, for several burglaries that took place in Poinsett County.  Investigator Ricky Morales and Sheriff David Lucas traveled to Poinsett County for an interview with Block at which time items from the two break-In's this year and items from the  seven break-In's that happened last year were recovered.   These break-In's all occurred at the Tony Davis Farm Shop in Amagon
